Growing up in Southern California, Barry joined the United States Marine Corps when he was 17 years old, and after serving his four-year tour of duty was honorably discharged at the age of 21. After the Marine Corps, Barry spent the next 18 years primarily in the precious metals and rare coin market where he learned the value of being up to date on the technical and fundamental aspects of the market. Throughout his professional career he’s been recruited by major leaders in the rare coin market, rare art market, currency trading, accounting industry and mortgage industry to successfully restructure their sales divisions into profitable ventures.

In 2004, Barry was recruited into the mortgage business at NovaStar Mortgage and, with his knowledge and skills, was quickly promoted to hiring and training manager within a few short months. Barry is currently a Sales Manager with Loan Depot/Imortgage in Irvine California. His passion for the Real Estate Market, his desire to build long-lasting relationships with his clients and his knowledge of the financial markets has given him a unique advantage over other loan officers.
